Steps on How To Submit Return & Refund

  1. If you have ordered goods or products via JiMATBIZ’s website and found that the goods or products you received isn’t satisfactory, you may request for a return and a refund.
  2. Replacements are processed via our suppliers who will provide you with the exact same SKU of a non-damaged / non-defective nature or a refund. Credit notes shall be issued upon approval for a refund.
  3.  Replacements can be handled directly with the supplier if replacements are available on the delivery truck during delivery.
  4. Within 7 calendar days after delivery - 3 clear photographs should be taken of the product to demonstrate the following: -
    i) wrong product
    ii) damaged
    iii) defective
    iv) product expired or close to expiry
  5. The product should then be stored in the appropriate room temperature, chilled, frozen facility until pick-up is arranged by the supplier.
  6. In the case of the defective product, in which packaging has been opened, the product should be packed properly to allow for handling by the supplier (EG no loose pieces, spillage etc)
  7. Please click at the link above to fill up our goods return form, with your order number, and attach the 3 clear photographs.
  8. Our supplier will be in touch with you to clarify the situation.
  9. Once approved, our supplier will arrange a delivery timing for your replacement and to pick up the product.


  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the delivery order, receipt or proof of purchase.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through a credit note or subtract from your invoice if payment is not made.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
